Admission 2021-22

  1. Visit ADMISSION portal in the College official website and log in using registration number provided by U&HE, GoM (e.g. UHE20210000000) in case of 1st Semester and in case of 3rd and 5th Semesters, using MU Roll Number.
  2. Read the instructions carefully before filling up and uploading documents in the online form.
  3. All the fields with * marks are mandatory. Fill your details as per the Matriculation certificate, wherever is applicable.
  4. Before filling up the form, make sure to keep ready the scanned copies of your photograph, signature & necessary documents.
  5. File size of all the documents to be uploaded should be less than or equal to 500KB.
  6. Photograph should be in colour and taken without covering the face with any mask. Photograph and signature should be  clearly visible inside the frame.
  7. All documents should be clear and legible.
  8. Admission is open for B.A./B.Sc. degree programmes only. Applicants are to refer to College Prospectus, 2021-22 for the maximum intake capacity and revised fee structure (available separately in the College website) for different subject combinations being offered in the college.
  9. Students of First Semester are to note that the FIRST SUBJECT in the chosen subject combination shall be treated as HONOURS paper in the 5th semester for Arts Stream. In case of Science Stream, this shall be decided during the counselling sessions in the departments concerned, post admission.
  10. Filling up of students’ details and upload of necessary documents are to be done ONLINE via College website w.e.f. 18th September 2021 (Monday) till 23rd September 2021 (Monday).
  11. Actual payment of admission fee, however, is to be made in Cash through OFFLINE mode at the college during office hour. Six number of counters shall be opened and necessary SOPs for Covid-19 be strictly followed during the process.
  12. Admission fee shall be deposited using only the system-generated registration slip/Challan to be generated from  the  admission Portal.
  13. Short listed candidates eligible for admission to different programmes shall be notified at the Notice Board / Websites of the college .
  14. Applicants furnishing incorrect information or documents shall be penalized and their admission shall be cancelled upon verification. Further, their admission fees shall NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
  15. Applicants of B.A./B.Sc. 1st Semester are also instructed to compulsorily submit filled in Registration forms of Manipur University (available in the counters & to be filled in black ball point pen onlyat the time of fee deposit.
  16. Students of B.A./B.Sc. 3rd and 5th Semesters/Honours are to submit copies of last admit card and mark sheet only at the time of fee deposit.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION (for B.A./B.Sc. 1st Semester Applicants only)

  1. Self attested copy of Aadhaar Card with valid Email ID and Mobile Number.
  2. Class X Certificate and Mark Sheet
  3. Class XII Provisional/Original Certificate/Mark Sheet
  4. Recent Character Certificate
  5. Transfer/Migration Certificate/Registration certificate in original (for Boards other than COHSEM)
  6. OBC (NC)/ST/SC/ECA Distinction/Sports Certificates (last three years)
  7. Affidavit for gap period in original, if any.
  8. Online Registration Acknowledgement copy from Directorate of University & Higher Education, GoM
  9. Income Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
  10. Recent color passport size photos (3 Nos.)
